השימוש באפליקציה תרגול דפ״ר ובאתר dapar.app כפוף לתנאים האלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים. משתמש מתחת לגיל 18 מצהיר שהוריו מסכימים לשימוש.
תרגול דפ״ר היא אפליקציה עצמאית. היא אינה קשורה לצה״ל, למשרד הביטחון או לגוף ממשלתי כלשהו, ואינה מוסמכת מטעמם. כל השאלות באפליקציה מקוריות, נכתבו או נוצרו על ידינו בסגנון המבחן, ואינן שאלות מהמבחן האמיתי.
האפליקציה נועדה לתרגול בלבד. איננו מתחייבים לציון, לשיבוץ או לתוצאה כלשהי במבחן או בתהליך הגיוס. ציון משוער שמוצג באפליקציה הוא הערכה בלבד. מבנה המבחן האמיתי עשוי להשתנות בלי הודעה, ואיננו אחראים להבדלים בינו לבין התרגול.
האפליקציה ניתנת בחינם. אם בעתיד יתווסף תוכן בתשלום, נעדכן את התנאים ונודיע על כך באפליקציה מראש.
מותר להשתמש באפליקציה לתרגול אישי. אסור להעתיק, להפיץ, למכור או לפרסם את השאלות או התוכן, או לבצע הנדסה לאחור.
כל הזכויות באפליקציה, בשאלות, בהסברים, בעיצוב ובקוד שמורות לנו.
אנחנו משתדלים שכל שאלה תהיה מדויקת. אם מצאת טעות, אפשר לדווח עליה בכפתור "דווח על טעות" באפליקציה או במייל.
האפליקציה ניתנת כמות שהיא (AS IS). במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק, ומאחר שהיא ניתנת בחינם, איננו אחראים לכל נזק, ישיר או עקיף, הנובע מהשימוש בה.
אנחנו רשאים לעדכן את האפליקציה, את התוכן ואת התנאים. על שינוי מהותי בתנאים נודיע באפליקציה.
על התנאים חלים דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

Dapar Practice is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by the IDF, the Ministry of Defense or any government body. All questions are original, written or generated by us in the style of the test, and are not questions from the actual test.
The app is for practice only. We do not guarantee any score, placement or outcome. Estimated scores are estimates only. The real test format may change without notice.
The app is free. If paid content is added in the future, we will update these terms and notify you in the app in advance.
You may use the app for personal practice. You may not copy, distribute, sell or publish its questions or content, or reverse-engineer it.
All rights in the app, questions, explanations, design and code are reserved.
Found a mistake? Report it with the in-app "Report a mistake" button or by email.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, and since it is provided free of charge, we are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from its use.
We may update the app, its content and these terms. We will notify you in the app of material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
