About Dapar Practice

Dapar Practice is a practice app for the IDF DAPAR aptitude test. It is run by an independent developer in Israel and is not affiliated with the IDF or any government body.

Minimal data by design

You can use the app without an account. We never ask for your name, phone number, national ID, address or location, and we do not access contacts, photos or the camera.

What we store

• Practice progress: questions answered, your answers, timing and simulation results. Stored on your device. If you choose to back up your progress, it is also stored on our server under a random identifier that does not identify you personally.
• Usage statistics: basic anonymous events (e.g. "simulation completed") to improve questions and the app. No ads and no cross-app tracking.
• Crash reports: technical details (device model, OS version, error message) used only to fix bugs.
• Support requests: if you email us, we keep the conversation to handle your request.

What we never do

• Sell or share data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• Show personalized ads or use the device advertising identifier.
• Share your results with the IDF, your school or anyone else.

Young users

The app is intended for users aged 16 and over preparing for the IDF first call-up. Because some users are minors, we collect no identifying information at all. A parent may contact us at any time to review or delete data.

Service providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf only: Apple and Google (app distribution), a cloud storage service for progress backup, and a crash-reporting service. Each receives only the data needed for its role.

Security and retention

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Backed-up data is kept while the app is in use, and deleted on request or after 24 months of inactivity.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may access, correct or delete data stored about you. See Data deletion.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the date above and notify you in the app.
